"Viral success" is dependent on platform algorithms and viewer behavior beyond the control of this software.


4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & REFUNDS


  • Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly) depending on the plan selected (Starter, Viral Pro, or Agency).

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, please contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase.


6. FAIR USE & UNLIMITED ACCESS


Our "Unlimited Scans" policy is intended for manual use by creators and agencies. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns. Accounts showing signs of automated bot activity or extreme high-volume scanning that threatens system stability may be throttled or suspended without notice.
